Modestine Castanou oversees the Human Resources Ministry and the Women of Impact Ministry at Impact Centre Chrétien. Commonly referred to as Pastor Mode, she is a woman of conviction, determination, and confidence, deeply devoted to the Lord and His work. She is committed to advancing the well-being and fulfilment of women in both family and societal contexts, focusing on their holistic development and empowerment. Her mission is to unite women of all ages and nationalities to realise and leverage their potential and talents, becoming blessings for their generation.
Holding a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Toulouse and a Masters in Human Resources from École Supérieure de Gestion (ESG) Paris, Modestine Castanou is multifaceted and accomplished. Apart from being a decisive entrepreneur, she conducts regular training modules for couples contemplating marriage, providing counsel with a warm and attentive heart. She makes herself readily available to all, sharing her passion for Christ through various associations and her pastoral ministry whenever the opportunity arises.
She is married to Pastor Yvan Castanou, and together, they are blessed with four wonderful children.
